How do I return an item?
ORDERS FROM SPAIN AND EU COUNTRIES
You have 14 days to return your order from the day you receive it.
The items must be unworn and in their original condition, i.e. with no creases, scratches or stains on the leather or soles and in their original packaging, including guarantees, labels, all accessories included in the shipment and recommendations for use.
If you are not a registered user, to make the return you must create an account from the registration form using the same email address you used to place the order.
Request the refund by logging into “MY ACCOUNT”. Select “Returns” and then fill in the form and send it to us.
Print out a copy of your order, place it inside the box and pack the package as you received it.
The costs and risks associated with the return of the item are borne by the company in Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Greece, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Vatican, Monaco and Andorra. Except islands.
You will receive an email from info@suajibrand.com with the label and shipping instructions so that you can have your package picked up or you can drop it off at a NACEX shipping point in Spain, or FEDEX in Europe.

We will refund the amount of the order by the same means you used to pay for it and within 20 days after the logistics centre notifies us that the returned items have been received in perfect condition.
(The logistics centre needs several days to check the returned items, so the refund will not be made on the same day the transport agency informs you that the package has been delivered).

ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION (EXCEPT UK, SWITZERLAND, USA AND CANADA)
You have 14 days to return your order from the day you receive it.
The items must be unworn and in their original condition, i.e. with no creases, scratches or stains on the leather or soles and in their original packaging, including guarantees, labels, all accessories included in the shipment and recommendations for use.
If you are not a registered user, to make the return you must create an account from the registration form using the same email address you used to place the order.

Print out a copy of your order, place it inside the box and pack the package as you received it.
You will receive an email from info@suajibrand.com with the label, return invoice and shipping instructions and the cost of return at your expense, so that you can have your package picked up or you can drop it off at a FEDEX shipping point.
In order to regularise the payment of the shipment, when the refund is credited to your card or the payment method used to formalise the order, the price of the item will be credited to you after deducting the amount of the return shipping cost.
If you want to exchange your purchase for a different size, you will have to place a new order and pay the new shipping costs.
If you want to exchange your purchase for a different model, we need to know the model in order to check the stock and tell you the price difference.
Then you must proceed as follows:
- PACK THE ORDER EXACTLY AS YOU RECEIVED IT
The items must be unworn and in their original condition, i.e. with no creases, scratches or stains on the leather or soles, in its original bags, with all protection pieces and in the correct position inside the box to avoid scratches during transport, and in the original packaging, including guarantees, labels, all accessories included in the shipment and recommendations for use. - ATTACH THE FEDEX RETURN LABEL + THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS TO THE EXTERIOR OF THE PACKAGE FOR CUSTOMS:
Customs must be able to check that you are returning the exact same order you received from us. To do this, you must attach the following documents to the outside of the box (in such a way as to make sure the carrier does not lose them):- ORIGINAL INVOICE OF THE ORDER YOU RECEIVED
- RETURN INVOICE
- SINGLE ADMINISTRATIVE DOCUMENT (SAD)
We will send you the label and all the necessary documents for the return.
This is very important in order to avoid extra charges or delays in delivery, which would be on your account.
- CALL THE FEDEX OFFICE IN YOUR COUNTRY TO HAVE THEM PICK UP THE PACKAGE
You have to arrange with the FEDEX transport agency the day and time that best suits you for them to pick up the package, or, failing that, if the option exists in your country, you can drop it off at a FedEx delivery point. - NOTIFY US WHEN FEDEX HAS PICKED UP THE PACKAGE OR WHEN YOU HAVE DROPPED IT OFF AT A DELIVERY POINT
Let us know when the FEDEX courier has collected the package or you have dropped it off at a FEDEX delivery point.
If you have any questions, please let us know before returning the order. This will avoid many problems, delays and additional costs for you.
