What are the steps to return a product?
Request the return through this form, once you receive your order, you have a period of up to 14 days to make the return. Pack the product in the same way you received it and include one of the return invoices inside the box. Affix the return label to the outside and choose the shipping company you want to return your package. The product must be in perfect condition, unused and in its original condition for us to accept the return. Shipping costs related to the return will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the total purchase price.
When will I receive my refund?
We will make the return within a period of 20 business days from receiving the package in our logistics center and in the same payment method with which you made your purchase.
Can I exchange an item for another instead of returning it?
We currently do not have this option. If you want to change size, color or model, you will have to request the return of the item and place a new order.
